|Resources Real Estate Announces Sales Awards
Resources Real Estate has announced its sales award winners for March.
Sales Associate Helen George has been meeting the real estate needs of Monmouth County for the past 8 years. As the Residential Agent of the Month, George compiled an impressive total of new listings, closed sales and recent contracts for March 2016. Working out of RRE’s Monmouth Beach office, George says she focuses on providing her clients with all the information and support they need to make the right decision on a property. Broker and Managing Partner Tom McCormack, in announcing the award, said, “ Helen delivers the highest and most dedicated level of service to her clients, making sure each phase moves smoothly forward to an outcome that meets her clients goals.” George and her family live in Monmouth Beach and enjoy its unique lifestyle.
Kimberly Newsome, working in Resources Real Estate’s Commercial Division, is the Commercial Agent of the Month for March, as well as the Regency award winner for March, which goes to the number two residential agent. Meeting the same high standards as her residential counterpart, Newsome, a sales associate working out the firm’s Rumson office, said, “I believe we are in a superior environment for real estate investing. Interest rates are incredibly low, home prices are still rebounding, and rentals are extremely high, given the strict guidelines for mortgage approval. It is the perfect environment to buy rental properties and watch them appreciate as you receive positive cash flow.” Having raised a family in the Rumson-Fair Haven area over the course of 20 years, Newsome knows the community inside and out—a real advantage in understanding the nuances and potential of individual commercial properties.
RRE Sales Associate Michele Coyle’s colleagues selected her for the March Team Spirit award in recognition of her generous support in addressing problems they faced with transactions. Stephanie Suplee said, “Michele could see I was struggling with a difficult situation on a new listing. She offered guidance, counseling and, most importantly, encouragement—she wanted me to succeed and was willing to help me do so.” “A 25-year Monmouth County resident with nearly 10 years’ experience in real estate, Michele brings a fierce commitment to client satisfaction to every aspect of her work and to the benefit of the entire team at Resources Real Estate,” added Carolyn Ozar-Diakon, senior partner and broker.
“We prefer to focus on our dedication to our clients, to helping them achieve their goals; however, there are sometimes challenging property issues that can make a particular listing difficult to close,” said McCormack, “Vanessa Dooley has exemplified that sense of dedication over the last two years, earning her the March Perseverance Award.” Dooley recently closed a two-year listing that had thwarted all efforts to move the property through reliance on her tried and true formula for success: listen, bring knowledge to the table and check all the details. Dooley’s approach has served her well, bringing repeat business is not only her best credential, but also her most gratifying and satisfying achievement.
As Featured Luxury Agent at RRE, Broker Associate Dennis Soboti tapped into his 30+ years in the global home furnishings industry and his 40+ years in Monmouth County to close escrow on a $1.4 million home in Rumson. Representing the buyer, Soboti secured the sale at 92% of the listing price.
Sales Associate Tammy Brindise earned the agency’s Top Listing Agent award. Brindise brings her knowledge of local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances and more to bear in helping clients achieve their property goals with the least stress possible.
As a 15-year resident of Monmouth County, Sales Associate Karen FitzGerald applied her prior career experience as a talent agent and promoter to develop and expand her business and win RRE’s Rainmaker award.
